Complaints Procedure

We are committed to high quality legal advice and client care. If you are unhappy about any aspect of the service you have received (including our bill), you should initially raise your concern with the person dealing with your file. If you are unwilling to do this or feel the matter is too serious, you should contact our Client Care Manager, currently Stuart Richardson. You will be provided with a full copy of our written complaints procedure for resolving such issues.

If you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint you can ask the Legal Ombudsman at  P O Box 6806, Wolverhampton, WV1 9WJ    (website – www.legalombudsman.org.uk, tel - 0300 555 0333, email enquiries@legalombudsman.org.uk)  to consider the complaint. Normally you will need to bring a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within 12 months of the matter complained of or 6 months of receiving a final written response from us about your complaint.
