Martin Priest
Solicitor
Martin Priest joined the firm in November 2025 and is an experienced conveyancing solicitor with a strong background in residential and commercial property work. He has advised private individuals, developers and business owners on a wide range of property transactions, from straightforward home sales to complex multi-party purchases and remortgages. Martin trained and qualified as a solicitor in the Midlands before progressing to senior roles in local firms and ultimately co-founding a multi-practice law firm. As a director there, he oversaw conveyancing teams across multiple offices and developed the firm’s property department into a busy, well-regarded practice.
Now bringing his experience to Cheltenham, he combines hands-on legal experience with practical business insight, ensuring clients receive clear, responsive advice at every stage of their transaction. Martin’s approach is pragmatic and personable, focusing on reducing stress for clients and meeting deadlines without compromising quality. Outside of the office Martin enjoys most sports but has a particular interest in Cricket and Golf. He relaxes by walking his lovely dogs, engaging in a bit of landscape gardening, listening to classical music or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
