Morgan has an LLB (Law) degree from Birmingham City University and in 2017 completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Bristol. Morgan started as a Paralegal here at Christopher Davidson before being offered to continue her development with us by undertaking her Training Contract at the firm. This was completed on the 20th March 2020.
Following her qualification as a Solicitor she joined our Wills and Probate Department. Her day to day work incorporates all manner of matters relating Wills, Lasting Power of Attorneys, Grants of Probate and full Estate Administrations. She is adept at sensitively assisting clients regardless of their individual requirements or the size of their estate.
Morgan also has had some experience assisting with Trust matters and attending mediations for contentious probate matters which included Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) 1975 disputes, reasonable financial provision, undue influence and fraudulent calumny issues under the supervision of Steven Felts, our Wills and Probate Partner. She is currently working towards being an accredited member of ‘Solicitors for the Elderly’.
Away from work, Morgan loves nothing more than spending quality time with her family by travelling to new interesting holiday destinations both near and far, and thereby giving inspiration for cooking and trying new cuisines. Morgan is an ardent supporter of Gloucester and Wales Rugby Union teams but also has an interest in live American Football games played in London over the last few years. She also dotes on her beloved cross breed dog ‘Billy’ and you’ll frequently find her enjoying the beautiful Wye Valley on walks with him.
